 First of all you have to link email to your Amazon.in Account .

Step 1: Open Your Gmail or Email Compose box 
             And write an email to  amazon Customer 
             Support ( cs-reply@amazon.in ) 

Step 2: Now in compose mail write or copy the
              Following text.

( Hi I name , I have ordered ordered item name  and the ordered arrived is damaged .)

Now link photos of your damaged product which you have received.

As shown in the picture below 



Now send mail you will get a return message with refund of your order if your cause is true , so Pls send true damaged product message they will check.

Proof of refund.
